Domain Names
IV offers domain registration for $12/year for domains in the .com, .net, and .org domains, with a minimum of 1 year per domain. There is a two-year minimum for names in the .biz, .us, and .info domains, but the cost is still $12/year.
There is a one-time charge of $30 to add the domain name to our DNS system, which guarantees that the domain is available from anywhere in the world. We use name servers at secure.net, one of the most reliable and guaranteed name servers in the US.
Alternate name servers are encouraged and allowed and may save you the $30 setup fee if you know a name server somewhere that will add your domain name to their system.
