IV offers basic website hosting for $5/month which includes one ftp account and one email account for the webmaster. The disk space limit is 20MB and there is no limit on the amount of traffic per month, although IV reserves the right to disable the hosting should the traffic become unbearable for the hosting servers.

For those needing more disk space or special tools like mySQL, Front Page, SSI, or dedicated cgi-bin access, we can quote you on a rate to meet you needs and yet cover our costs for providing the service. Our intent is not to make money - we simply want to provide a voice on the Internet for those who can't afford it.

A domain is not needed - your Internet address will be www.intervent.com/yoursite unless you have your own domain name in which case there is a fee for adding your domain to our name servers as described below.

There is a one-time charge of $30 to add the domain name to our DNS system, which guarantees that the domain is available from anywhere in the world. We use name servers at secure.net, one of the most reliable and guaranteed name servers in the US.

Alternate name servers are encouraged and allowed and may save you the $30 setup fee if you know a name server somewhere that will add your domain name to their system.
